10 min Chair Yoga: With a focus on the neck, shoulders, and the breath, this short session can be done without even leaving your chair.
15 min Desk-Break Yoga: This session requires a high table, stool, or tall chair to help ease out the back and wake up the glutes in under 15 minutes.
20 min Hip-Focused Flow: This short flow will work into tight hips - ideal for cyclists, runners, walkers, or those who spend the majority of their day seated. A mat and some loose clothing are all you need.
25 min Wind-Down Flow: The perfect session to help you transition between work and home, or a great one to do before bed. You'll need a blank stretch of wall (or a door will do) - it's time to put your feet up!
